Are you looking to relax, become less stressed, healthier, more energised and balanced in body, mind and spirit?
Let me help with Reiki, Indian Head Massage or a combination of both.
All you need do is lie back or sit and relax, whilst I treat you to a therapy, there is no need to undress.
Dawn Holistic is a mobile service so you will have no stress about parking or having to drive home after your treatment.
Just relax in your own surroundings and afterwards, if possible, put your feet up or have a warm bath and continue to enjoy the benefits of your treatment.
When I come to give you your treatment I will either bring a small folding chair for seated treatments or a therapy couch for lying treatments and will need space to move around these. I will also bring whatever else is needed towels, oils etc...
I also offer shorter but still effective treatments in the work place if you fancy a lunchtime treat or de-stressing before the journey home.
